THE WODRICH FAMILY & PROLIFIC INSURANCE SOLUTIONS
The Wodrich family of Estrella is one of our newest charity sponsors. They own Prolific Insurance Solutions based here in Goodyear.
They are truly involved in the community! We are looking forward to getting even more involved as a business and a family in the Estrella Community. In the past (before we were Estrella residence we participated in the first Lids for Kids event). We are here to support our neighbors and friends by helping them make wise insurance and investment decisions for their families because we believe if families are secure and taken care of they can reach out and help impact the community in positive ways. In addition, as a family living in the community we believe it is our duty and privilege to reach out to the community with volunteer opportunities. ~Pam Wodrich From the Estrella Business Group to the Homeless Youth Connection, Pam and Chip Wodrich give of their time and resources to support others.
I've enjoyed getting to know them and hope you enjoy their #FridayFeature here. |

Latoya Ayala
Latoya Ayala is President of the Estrella Foothills High School Football Booster Club. A relatively new nonprofit, the organization continues to find innovative ways to raise funds.
This year, the booster club's long term goal is to provide an end zone camera system for the program. A woman with ambitious goals... we are fortunate to have her in our community! My advice would be to get involved in the community as much as possible, whether it be volunteer work or community activities. It truly is very much like a small town, and there is so much to offer and appreciate here. |
THANK YOU Latoya for your time for being part of making Estrella a great place to play, volunteer, and live!
You can read Latoya's feature here.

BONNIE JANSSON
Energetic. Kind. Happy. And helpful.
I recently got to know Bonnie Jansson better through a local group we are both part of called The Well Armed Woman. While I've seen her quite a bit around the community, I'm so happy to get to know her better as her positive spirit is infectious and inspirational.

BEA BRUMBACH
Talk about a waay cool chick who knows how to stand up for her self and be a positive person... I'm overjoyed to share this week's #FridayFeature!
Bea Brumbach recently joined our Southwest Valley, Az Shooting Chapter of The Well Armed Woman. While I've only met her recently, I've learned a lot from her and enjoy her enthusiasm and passion for self protection. In her Q&A, she explains the abuse she survived and how her community came to her rescue on one particularly scary night. They became my family. Ever since then I have wanted to give back for the kindness that was shown to me. If I can help just one woman defend herself it will all be worthwhile. |
THANK YOU, Bea, for all you do. I hope our community enjoys your feature as much as I have. And I still look forward to that ride in the convertible!

THE VAN DYKE FAMILY & JUST AWESOME CARE HOME SERVICES
We love meeting all the incredible people who make Estrella a great place to call "home."
Through our charity program, I was able to meet Carrie and Matt Van Dyke. We met at the Operation Christmas Child packing party at the Starpointe Residents Club. Their business, Just Awesome Home Care Services, is derived from their sons' first names... Johnathan, Adrian, and Christopher. |
Honesty, integrity, and industry knowledge are at the center of who we are. We treat our client’s homes as our own and maintain them as such.
We've enjoyed the Van Dyke's feature and hope YOU do, too! Thank you Carrie! READ THEIR STORY HERE.

PETER EGYED AND CROSSFIT FURY
#FridayFeature this week focuses on a person who’s touched many Estrella lives. Peter Egyed of CrossFit Fury is one of the most inspiring people I know in the West Valley.
He continues to find ways to improve the place we call home. His gym has expanded several times. He’s started up the Fury Farm. And now he has his sights on building a Community Center. Peter asks, “Could you imagine free family field days every Saturday and anyone coming out to plant and harvest fresh produce right here in Goodyear? The possibilities are endless but we just need to get there!” |
If you haven’t seen Peter in person, you may have seen him on the CrossFit games. He lives what he preaches. A Paleo lifestyle and daily exercise. He’s a fan of kids and has recently teamed up with the @Az Epic Volleyball Club to help enhance its players’ performance.
Enjoy this feature… and if you see Peter, please thank him for his part in making the West Valley a great place to call “home.”

THE SEARS FAMILY
I typically show new buyers Starpointe Residents Club, go over the various clubs & amenities, hike and bike trails, the Yacht Club, local schools, low taxes, high appreciation rates, and pride of home ownership that shows! Estrella Mountain really does “ sell itself” in my opinion.
Sear's office is located in Elliot Market at the West USA Realty Suite #116 and you may have seen his signs in the community.
Full disclosure, I assisted Martin with his social media. I hope you enjoy this feature as much as I have. CLICK HERE FOR THE FEATURE.

NATALIE & RANDY
Sticking with the Estrella Mountain Residents page is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've met so many incredible people through this endeavor. Randy Smith and Natalie Badolato are an example of the kind people in our community I'm proud to call neighbors.
I learned that nothing is guaranteed and our lives can be redirected without warning. Life is so routine at times that a drastic and permanent change seems beyond possibility. Unfortunately, it's not. Randy and I had an opportunity to discuss his feature and I think we both agreed that during the struggles one faces in life... the best thing you can do is find the positive and make the most of it.
You'll find many wonderful quotes and perspectives in this piece. |
Life. Love. And a message of hope. We're sure you'll enjoy this #FridayFeature as much as we do! Thanks Randy!

CASEY SCHWEBEL & A PLUS MOBILE AUTOMOTIVE
Just one mention of "car" on our Facebook page and you'll see all kinds of recommendations for Casey Schwebel.
"Casey's the best!" and "Casey's the man," have been regular quotes on our page. I started changing my parents' oil and spark plugs in their cars when I was 15. If it has an engine, I'm into it. Casey owns A Plus Mobile Automotive and has a great following of customers in Estrella. He's also a member of the Estrella Business Group. He joined on as a charity sponsor for our Estrella Mountain Residents program this fall, too.
